How Do I Know?

Because holistic lifestyle change like this created amazing results for ME!  I had always thought that I ate healthy and exercised so I was completely confused by why I was starting to put on body fat and always felt like I needed caffeine and sugar to keep “level”.  I knew that I had to start making changes at this stage of my life to ensure my healthy mind and body!  I knew that there had to be a way to live my life better and integrate my life, food choices, and exercise but there is just SO much information out there on fitness.

So, I set out on a mission to learn how to optimize my health and get a great body... I had a list of questions that I needed answered:

Why do some diets work for some people and not for others?  Is there a system for identifying my unique metabolisms?

Why does my body seem to be putting on fat for NO reason... Do I have to get a belly just because I’m pushing 30?

Why do I need caffeine to get me through my workout?

Why do I have such persistent breakouts in my skin?

Should I eat organic... Is it worth the expense?

Why do I feel sleepy all of the time and why is it so hard to get out of bed?

Am I really Supposed to eat THAT much protein if I want to gain muscle?

Why do I feel hypoglycemic all of the time when my blood tests show no problems?

How can I structure my food intake without a painful and energy zapping calorie deficit?

I FOUND A PROGRAM THAT ANSWERS ALL OF THESE QUESTIONS -- AND MORE!


It helped me to eliminate my cravings, level my blood sugar and lose fat but most importantly,

IT GAVE ME THE KEY TO AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF ENERGY AND VITALITY.


I trained for years on calorie deficit diets (put together by a large national fitness club) that eventually wound up either making them ill or giving them yo-yo weight results.


Not to be discouraged, I obtained an advanced certification as a nutritional manager through a national wellness group.  They had the right idea by eliminating the calorie deficit but the results with my clients was hit or miss because they still looked at everyone as if they were the same type of metabolism.


Through still more searching, I discovered Paul Chek of the CHEK Institute and others like him who taught me a system for looking at my body as a whole unit, balancing my autonomic nervous system, and eating metabolically.


Listen, I do not fall for fads, I do not recommend things to my family, friends and clients which I do not believe in myself.  I believe in this system so much that i have dedicated my entire business to it and have taught it to EVERY client in my clinic.  In fact, I have built a thriving training clinic right here in the heart of SOUTH BEACH around the concepts that you will learn here in this holistic coaching program.
